The Blog Tree: UK Edition

The Project: In 2010, award-winning content duo Eloqua and JESS3 explored the interrelationship among blogs in the original Blog Tree. In 2011, we paid homage to new blogs in our New Growth Edition. And in 2012, the forest just keeps growing as we turn our attention to our friends across the pond in this year’s blog list / infographic mashup: The UK Edition.

Our Methodology: Using research from Hotwire PR and data from BlogLevel, we give you this year’s addition to our ever-growing forest, with special attention to many of the best blogs in the UK. A new, 3D update to the leaves reflects this next level of growth, while the colors correspond to subject matter and the leaves are placed to depict how influential each blog is. The roots provide the source of growth and new information for this blog tree, and as a final touch of symbolism and a nod to the UK, we’ve added a fox to the scene.
