OpenAir’s mission is to bring together the best in citizen engagement, development, data visualization and policy in a setting that is open and conducive to collaboration.To help bring the essence of OpenAir to live, JESS3 explored a variety of typefaces and iconic pairings before selecting the open infinity sign as the final logo.
Organized by Teens and Tech, which was founded by JESS3's own Daniel Brusilovsky, the event brought an important focus to the entrepreneurial spirit and abilities of young people. Hosted at AT&T, themes including the environment, technology and community were woven throughout.
Working closely with the NIKEiD's brand team, JESS3 adapted their award-winning builder to be seamlessly integrated into Facebook. The NIKEiD Zoom Kobe VI iD Facebook application produced more than 2,500 user-submitted designs within the first 36 hours.
JESS3’s founder, Jesse Thomas, sat down with Marketing Land as one of 8 industry experts, including other designers and top level executives, to answer the questions “What makes an excellent infographic?” and “What should my expectations be for an infographic?” Jesse stressed in his answers that infographics need to be beautiful, but also meaningful and have the data to back them up, because “the primary purpose of an infographic is to spark informed conversation and action.” He also noted that “An infographic should be intelligent and tell the audience something they don’t already know, but say it with words and terms they do.”

As JESS3 begins to settle in its new Los Angeles headquarters, The Washington Business Journal announces the void it will leave in its former Washington D.C. home. President, and COO Leslie Bradshaw, along with CEO and Co-Founder Jesse Thomas moved to California in early June. WBJ Reporter Bill Flook writes, "JESS3 is going out West, where the clients are near and the talent is plentiful." Flook continues, "The reasons behind the relocation are predictable. JESS3 works for some big-name tech and media clients." Last year alone, 93% of JESS3's revenue came solely from their West Coast clients. As Bradshaw states in the article, "It’s just nice to be a little bit closer to the clients we serve."

Eloqua and JESS3 have partnered again to create the sequel to The Future of Revenue. This video defines Revenue Performance Management and its impact on not only the world of sales and marketing but on the future of business as a whole. Eloqua wanted to define this slightly abstract concept more thoroughly, and to show that Revenue Performance Management adds a more scientific, and less creative, element to marketing.
