I spent a couple nights in Paris on the way back from Amsterdam

I had been to france as a child a number of times, and when I was 18 I went on a trip to all of europe with nick.. I fell back in love with france.. its amazing how the regal architecture inspires so many things.. the food is hit or miss.. but I cant deny that they love the ingredients.. I saw ratatouille on the plane back, it was appropriate
