about Chris Anderson discusses his new book "Free" at Google, Washington, D.C.

Today Chris Anderson (wired magazine, the long tail concept) spoke about the themes of his new book "Free" at the Google DC office. I was very interested in this topic because a lot of our clients (if not all) deal with these issues everyday. Chris is saying that social media is creating a culture of free, where certain services are subsidized by a small group. He had a great quote "Give away the head and sell the tail".

Fascinating..
