When I am in the files section, I want to know how many people have downloaded the file and at what time. It would seem straightforward to program.
And in the "who's talking in this thread" on the right side, why doesnt it show me the persons headshot?
Thoughts?

Great points, Jesse.
Adding to this, as I am on Jesse's team and also love your product, what kind of Blackberry solution might there be in the works? The biggest complaint that we get from our executive-level clients is that they are out of pocket a lot and can't always login from a web browser.
