I am so glad you posted this, Jesse. I was really feeling their menu as well. I liked the focus on buying local and supporting people and causes close to home.
My favorite line went something like this:
"Put others around you above yourself and you will never find disappointment."
Buy less, buy local and put others first. Definitely my mantras of 2008. xo -L.
